End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: July 5, 2025

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and uNextio ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") governing your use of the uNextio's software and related services.

1. License Grant

Subject to compliance with this Agreement, uNextio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Software solely for your business purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Software.
• Sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, or lease the Software to any third party except as expressly permitted.
• Use the same or similar name to any of our apps and its company when you do rebranding.
• Publish in the same platform as our publication, including but not limited to Warriorplus, Appsumo, Producthunt, Whop, Digistore24, Clickbank.
• Sell one-time or lifetime pricing.
• Giveaway the product for free.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding in the Software unless expressly allowed by your license.

3. Ownership

The Software and all rights not expressly granted remain the property of uNextio and its licensors.

4. Updates and Upgrades

uNextio may provide updates, enhancements, or bug fixes at its sole discretion. Such updates are governed by this EULA unless accompanied by new terms.

5. Data & Privacy

Your data and personal information will be used according to our Privacy Policy and relevant laws.

6. Term and Termination

This Agreement is effective upon your first use and remains in force until terminated. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, uNextio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless uNextio from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the Software or breach of this Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia, excluding its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to this EULA

We may modify this EULA at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
